Are you confused about which ingredients are good and bad?  What is the best anti-ageing actives?   

This section is to educate yourself on the various ingredients that are used in cosmetics.  There is a lot of scaremongering tactics used by "natural" companies to put fear into buying any product that is not natural.  Whilst I will admit that I come down fairly hard on certain ingredients, everything I say is backed by scientific fact and not some romantic notion that everything natural is actually good.  Also a lot of the claims that these companies tell you have no scientific proof and are urban myth at best.
